Restoration Cleaning

At Restoration Cleaning, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning and detailing services. If you are not satisfied with our work, we are here to help. Please review our refund and re-service terms below.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We may offer a free re-clean or touch-up at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue.

  • Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to reasonably correct the problem.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The service was not performed as described or agreed upon.

  • An appointment was canceled by us, and a reschedule is not possible.

  • A deposit was made, and the appointment was canceled with at least 4 hours notice.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 4 hours notice.

  • Unsatisfactory results due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., stains, damage, or wear that cannot be corrected).

  • Services already completed where the customer fails to report dissatisfaction within the 24-hour window.

3. Deposits & Prepayments

  • Deposits may be required for larger jobs or special bookings.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made with less than 4 hours notice.

  • Prepaid services may be rescheduled but are non-refundable after 30 days.

4. How to Request a Refund or Re-clean

To request a refund or re-clean, please contact us with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Date of service

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon publication.
