These Terms and Conditions Agreement govern the use of services provided by Restoration Cleaning, a cleaning and detailing service, to clients. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
We offer mobile cleaning and detailing services for vehicles, residential, and/or commercial properties as specified at the time of booking. A detailed description of services and packages is available on our website or through direct inquiry.
2. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or email.

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

No-shows or cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment will be charged the full service fee.
3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change based on vehicle/property condition, size, or specific client requirements.

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted payment methods include: Cash, PayPal, ApplePay, Venmo.

A deposit may be required for large jobs or specialty services.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure access to the vehicle/property at the scheduled time.

Remove all personal belongings before service begins.

Notify us of any sensitive materials or components that should not be cleaned or touched.
5. Liability Disclaimer

We take great care in performing our services; however, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage.

Damage resulting from poor vehicle condition (e.g., loose parts, fragile trim).

Items left inside the vehicle or property.

If you believe our service caused damage, you must report it within 24 hours of service completion.

Visual evidence will be recorded before and after service for legal purposes.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours. We may offer a re-clean or other resolution at our discretion.
7. Weather Policy
In cases of inclement weather affecting mobile services, appointments may be rescheduled. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
8. Service Limitations

Excessively dirty vehicles (e.g., biohazards, mold, pests) may require special handling and incur additional fees or refusal of service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, particularly if safety or legal concerns are present.
9. Privacy Policy
Customer information is used only to provide and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties unless required by law.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
